    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JustGenQR (the "Service"), operated by CCL Digital LLP ("we", "us", "our"), with registered address at 1101, Unitech Arcadia, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Use of the Service

    You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree to use JustGenQR only for lawful purposes and not to upload or link to content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful.

    2. Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

    3. Plans & Pricing

    JustGenQR offers two plans. The Business plan is free (₹0) for every account and includes every feature of the platform: unlimited QR codes and scans, dynamic destinations, advanced analytics, password-protected QR codes, expiring QR codes, bulk generation, API access, team workspaces, campaigns and white-label exports. No payment details are required and nothing is billed or renewed.

    The Enterprise plan is custom-priced and covers dedicated infrastructure, SLA-backed support, white-label deployment and custom onboarding. Enterprise fees, invoicing and commercial terms are set out in a separate signed agreement, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict. Any legacy paid subscriptions have been discontinued and those accounts moved to the free all-features plan.

    We may change plans, features or limits in future — including introducing paid options — but we will give reasonable advance notice and will never start charging an existing account without your explicit consent.

    4. Fair Use & Acceptable Use

    • No spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent QR destinations.
    • No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
    • No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of API rate limits.
    • No use that disrupts or compromises the security of the Service.
    • Because the Service is free and uncapped, fair use applies: automated, bot-driven or abusive traffic (load testing, scripted scan inflation, bulk API hammering) may be rate-limited, excluded from analytics, or blocked to keep the platform fast for everyone.

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

    4a. QR Access Control & Expiry

    Password protection and expiry (by date and time, scan limit, or first scan) are convenience and lifecycle controls, not security guarantees. You are responsible for the destinations you protect, the passwords you share, and any fallback URL you configure. Expired or protected QR codes may still record access attempts so you can review them in your analytics.

    5. Content & Ownership

    You retain ownership of the data and destination URLs you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and serve that content solely to operate the Service. JustGenQR, its branding, and software remain the property of CCL Digital LLP.

    6. Service Availability

    We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may impact availability.

    7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided "as is" and free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you actually paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 5,000. Enterprise customers are covered by the liability terms of their signed agreement.

    8. Termination

    You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
