Before you write in
Many questions are answered instantly in our resources: check the FAQ on the homepage for plan and tracking questions, the API documentation for endpoint details, and the privacy policy for how scan data is handled. If your QR code shows as expired or password-protected, the owner can reactivate it or extend its expiry from their dashboard — no support ticket needed.
